A productive week here in College! Great effort from all students (and Form Tutors!) on Wednesday morning as they engaged in the first inter-form competitions of the year. Some impressive performances in the tug-o-war and effective collaboration and cooperation in a range of team challenges.  Who will be the form champions this year??  Wednesday afternoon saw our Student Subject Ambassadors and Student Leadership Group welcoming Yr 11s into our College to showcase what is on offer to them next year when they move into Yr 12.  A great job – they were articulate, professional and really helpful – thanks to everyone involved and a special mention to Nadia Barr, Laura Kirby, Katie Warrington & Caledonia Swindells-McLeod who were brave enough to speak to the whole year group and parents during the welcome speech.  As the in-house deadline for our Yr13 Early Entry UCAS students approaches, it seems only appropriate to wish all our former College students the best of luck as they take up their well deserved and hard earned places at University this weekend.  Hope next week is as colourful as it promises to be busy!
